Fresh and delicious ?

You simply get the best sushi here. But the rest of the menu is also very good. In terms of price also absolutely okay.

Extremely delicious.

Have been going back again and again for a long time! Extremely good food, not just sushi. Service good, a waitress with a great memory ... Unfortunately, often very full, so that you can sometimes only reserve with a time slot. But we are glad that they did not lack customers during this time either!

So the food was very good. Unfortunately not the service. On arrival we were told immediately after 1.5 hours we had to leave. The table would still be reserved. After waiting over half an hour for food, it got pretty tight. After the food was brought to us, no waitress came to the table to order a second drink. Exactly after 1.5 hours we were told we have to get up now. I found that extremely strange. Even though the food was good I won't go there again !!!

nice place to have sushi. I ordered Udon and there was bean sprouts. And the dish is queit small. Sushis are fine!

Reservation is compulsory, on the weekend (Sat) there is no other place. But I would recommend the food to everyone, very, very tasty and clean. I'll be back

Everything is just right here, from the service to the food and the price-performance ratio. Despite Corona, they are super organized here and you feel safe. The service is super friendly, helpful and, above all, really on the ball. Now about the food, we had a little bit of everything and it was delicious and the price is right. From now on my absolute favorite Japanese.

Despite a reservation, you have to wait longer than 20 minutes for your table! No apologies or a bar seat offered. In addition, you will be chased away after 1 hour because the next reservation is coming soon.

Our reservation went under, so we were told at the beginning that we only had an hour to eat. Before I was finished with the starter, the sushi was already served due to the lack of time, you pay 1 euro if you want to take the rest home with you. Price-performance-service is definitely no longer in proportion.

For me the best sushi in town. Quality and quantity are right. Of course it has its price, but whoever expects cheap or inexpensive fish will quickly receive the receipt. Good staff and good food have their price. The staff could show a little more attention now and then, but are always friendly and know what they are doing. The outdoor area is now fine and appealing, but the indoor area is much nicer for me.

Expensive? Yes. Delicious? Yes. There are maybe 3 sushi restaurants in Franconia that are so delicious and offer such fresh products as this one. Unfortunately I rarely go out for less than 90 € but I treat myself to that from time to time.

This seems a upscale restaurant, but do not expect anything like that in service and behavior of the staff. We had a confirmed reservation however when we arrived the staff was behaving as if he does not know anything. In there mismanagement they were asking my friend we 4 months old baby, to keep the baby on the floor or on top of a high table. The staff is too rude for me to visit then next time.

Friday evening 8:00 p.m., the restaurant is packed. Anyone who has not reserved is in front of the restaurant and waits. Certainly the dream of every restaurateur !!! We had made reservations, of course, and were sitting at a small, pretty table by the window. The noise level was high and there was almost no sound from the music in the background. But it also encouraged us to chat and not just wait silently for the order ;-) The selection of the dishes is a bit of a challenge, at least for guests who don't visit Hiro Sakao that often. But we succeeded, we were thrilled with the excellent appearance and taste !!! The staff whirred tirelessly through the narrow corridors and was courteous and very friendly. You had the feeling of being welcome !!! After about 2 hours and a manageable bill, we left the restaurant very satisfied. It was a successful start to the weekend :-)) I have to add a little point of criticism .... the "unsightly" way of hanging the jacket over the chair doesn't really fit into such a restaurant. May be that I'm a bit old-fashioned. The staff could be friendly but certain of the guests animate the wardrobe to use.

Amazing Sushi!

A nice lunchtime retreat, obviously when very busy you need to wait a bit.

Excellent selection of sushi and other Japanese dishes. Can highly recommend the tuna sashimi. Place gets crowded during evening hours, so if you prefer a bit more personal space, try to go there outside of the busy hours. Price is a little on the high side in my opinion, but given the high quality of food and service, it is still justified.

Good for students less for business dinners lu ches since it is always full and quite noisy :) The prices are very low for sushi even for German standards. Delicious and fresh cocktails

Good place for having japanis food, many variety. Also duck fry available. Though a bit expensive, but affordable.

Came here for lunch and had a bento box and one of the nice cocktail like drinks. The bento box was fine but pretty average. The drink was very nice though. Staff were friendly and prices were what you'd expect from a Japanese restaurant. While there was no issue with the food at no point did I think "oh this is really nice". Not sure of I'd come back here.

Best Sushi in Erlangen. And especially we loved “tendon” and my Japanese friends said that this place is just like in Japan ??. However a bit expensive. My favorite is Moyashi :)

Very good service and good food?

Interesting menu available Japanese cusine and not over priced. Friendly multi lingual staff very attentive. We did not book as we went early but suggest making reservations

The Sushi was the best! It takes a little bit long till sushi gets ready, but it worth. I like this place :)
